Red has taken an informal survey on his morning walks around the neighborhood. Until this morning the ratio of Talarico to Paxton signs was on the order of about 100 to 1. And the one Paxton sign was placed way up against the front of the house and mostly obscured by shrubbery. Unfortunately, this morning Red spotted another Paxton sign very close to home. It was prominently displayed with an Abbott sign (ugh!) and Hale sign (who is he?). Fortunately, right across the street were several Talarico signs which seem to be popping up regularly. So maybe the ratio is now about 75 to 1. Red’s neighborhood is not exactly a liberal bastion but his representatives in Congress and the Texas legislature are all female Democrats so the trend is definitely against MAGA. Take nothing for granted here. Get out and vote for straight ticket for Democrats down the line.
