Philip Oliviera of Rockdale believes that he has the frozen carcass of the legendary Chupacabra – or Goatsucker.  The Blaze has the story – but a big gross out warning on the accompanying photos of the frozen mystery. Not to be a mythical creature pooper, but Red is guessing that it is some coyote/dog hybrid and nothing more.
